Rhubarb is located at 3 Duxton Hill, Singapore 089589, Singapore. I had the most exquisite meal in Singapore. From the plating, each dish was presented like a work of art. There is a glass on the ceiling, and the sunlight shines down like a roof attic. Three dishes cost 48++ (18 years price), and this year the price has increased to 52++ as expected. There are two waiters, a manager and a girl. The first dish was the complimentary crab cone, which was the length of a finger, and the crackling and umami flavor was so strong; The complimentary French bread came with a pancake-shaped butter; The second appetizer was Emulsion du marché, which was mackerel with mustard, salmon roe and orange. The mackerel was not fishy at all, and the meat of the mackerel with mustard was tender and smooth; The third dish was the pigeon, which was now gone.
